I help fix delayed IT projects and get them back on track
I step into projects stuck in chaos, delays, or lost control — and turn them into a working process.
16+ years of experience • EN / DE / PL • short contracts & fast project stabilization
I solve problems in IT projects
I help companies regain control over IT projects that have stalled or stopped delivering. I typically join on a short contract, straighten out the process, and set the team up so that real progress comes back.
- the project drags on indefinitely
- dev team is busy but nothing ships
- you don't know what's actually done
- communication between business and team is broken
- Talk and understand the problem
- Quick analysis
- Action plan
- Implementation and support
Introduced backlog structure and clear ownership, which shortened delivery time and unblocked decisions.
Reorganised the team's way of working and sprint cadence, restoring control over scope and deadlines.
For over 16 years I have been working on IT projects — from coding to organising how teams work. I quickly spot where a project is getting stuck and how to simplify it so it starts shipping again.
I communicate with clients in English, German, and Polish.

Advisory for companies
I help companies find what silently blocks delivery
After years of working with business owners, IT teams, designers, and delivery managers, I know where projects and people usually get stuck. I step in, diagnose root causes, and help teams move again with clear, realistic actions.
Ambiguous responsibilities, overloaded key people, and communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Unclear prioritization, chaotic scope changes, and too many handoffs that slow delivery and hide real progress.
Lack of trustworthy reporting, no clear done criteria, and management decisions made without operational reality.
- fast diagnosis of blockers across people, process, and communication
- clear action plan with practical steps and ownership mapping
- prioritized execution roadmap focused on regaining delivery speed
- hands-on guidance for IT teams and decision-makers during implementation
Written input from your side: current pain points, team context, and urgency.
I map blockers and dependencies, then identify where intervention creates the biggest effect.
You receive a practical plan and optional follow-up support while changes are being implemented.

Send a short description and I will suggest the first high-impact steps.
